The Vision and Graphics (VisGraph) group at the
Computer Science Department,
the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
has been active in research
related to Image, vision and graphics. Over the past years, researchers in our
group have made significant progress in various aspects in computer vision and
graphics, such as low-level segmentation, mid-level 3D reconstruction and
rendering, and the high-level understanding of images and video sequences,
geometric modeling, and image-based rendering.
Current topics include segmentation, tracking/matching, multi-view geometry,
uncalibrated reconstruction, modeling and rendering. The targeted applications
we propose are 3D authoring tools for multimedia, medical imaging, biometrics.
In this website, you can find the most recent research projects, papers,
interesting demos, and softwares developed by our group members over the past
